ClubHub.ai was looking to build from the ground up an integral platform to digitize the management of clubs and hospitality spaces, including bookings, memberships, payments, and inventories.

The challenge was to create a scalable and secure MVP (Minimum Viable Product), capable of growing without dedicated infrastructure and featuring fast, reliable deployments from the very first version.

The new platform allowed ClubHub.ai to launch its product with a solid technological foundation that was ready to scale globally.

The use of native AWS services reduced operational costs, eliminated manual tasks, and improved system reliability, laying the groundwork for a rapid evolution of the digital business.

How the solution was deployed to meet the challenge

GoCloud acted as a strategic technology partner, developing a cloud-native and serverless architecture based on Amazon EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3, automated with Terraform and Argo CD.

A GitOps approach was applied, featuring reproducible environments, CI/CD pipelines, and native observability through CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry, ensuring stability, performance, and traceability from the project’s inception until the production release.
