REXT democratizes access to real-estate investment through tokenization. It needed to build its technology platform from scratch: a robust, stable, autoscaling solution with low administration and high security that would give its investors confidence.

Impact

Implementing the Standard Platform made it possible to build the product from scratch in just 3 months, on a platform resilient to multiple cyberattacks. It accelerated time to market, optimized resources and reduced infrastructure costs, with the scalability needed to handle a high volume of transactions.

How the solution was deployed to meet the challenge

We designed and executed a comprehensive plan to build the platform on the GoCloud Standard Platform, with serverless microservices on AWS Lambda. The contracts that establish the rights over each property are registered on a blockchain: investors can scan the QR code of the signed contract and verify the date, time and integrity of the record.

We integrated Fireblocks for more secure and efficient operations, AstroPay for payments with cards, digital wallets and bank transfers, and MetaMap for user identity verification.
